Cannabis for Cannabis for Spasmodic Torticollis (aka Cervical Dystonia)

Spasmodic Torticollis is a painful condition where your neck muscles contract involuntarily, causing your head to twist or turn to one side, or forwards and backwards. There is some intriguing evidence for using cannabinoids to manage spasms, dystonia, and dyskinesias (movement disorders) arising due to many different conditions, as well as any chronic pain associated with them. One person used cannabidiol (CBD) successfully for the control of spasms associated with cervical dystonia. More research is needed.
